Imagen is also well known for grassroots campaigns in areas of education, Latino voter registration, recycling and many more. We have been the "Grassroots and Hispanic" subcontractor for many large, national agencies.

For over 20 years, principal owner Virginia Madueño has implemented a wide variety of public and private public relations and outreach campaigns, many of which have garnered regional, national and international press coverage. Imagen?s proven best practice outreach strategies have been recognized by the Association for Consumer Research (ACR) and Rutgers University at the 2007 ACR International Conference in Memphis, Tennessee. Imagen was recognized as a 2008 Trailblazer Business of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Wells Fargo. Imagen was also recognized as a 2008 Business of the Year by Latina Style Magazine.
VIRGINIA MADUENO
Virginia Madueño, founder and owner of the firm, has more than 20 years of private and public sector experience in advertising, public relations, social marketing, grass roots outreach, and event coordination. Our proactive programs are carefully tailored to each project's needs and are designed and implemented to increase awareness and promote a positive image for each client. Virginia is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus with a degree in communications. She graduated in 2006 from the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI), a fellowship program of which recognizes 22 women in the nation to further develop their leadership abilities. Through this program Virginia completed the Executive Leadership Program at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University as well as the Center for Creative Leadership in La Jolla, California. More recently, Virginia completed her term as Council member and Vice Mayor for the City of Riverbank, California. During that time Virginia made significant contributions to the community including programs that promoted a healthier environment and safer community for all citizens.
